ReviveCore works closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain high standards of product quality and reliability.
While faults are uncommon, no product is completely immune from potential issues. If your ReviveCore product requires support, our customer service process is designed to identify the issue and provide an appropriate solution as efficiently as reasonably possible.
For the BioDome, our primary replaceable components are the Upper Dome, Lower Dome and PEMF Mat. If an eligible manufacturing fault is confirmed, our team will assess which of these components is affected and determine the appropriate warranty solution.

Home & Personal Use
Eligible ReviveCore products purchased for normal personal or household use are covered by our 2-year product warranty against eligible manufacturing faults and defects.
During the applicable warranty period, where a manufacturing fault or defect is confirmed, ReviveCore will assess the issue and provide an appropriate warranty remedy in accordance with these warranty terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
For the BioDome, where replacement is the appropriate remedy, ReviveCore may replace the affected Upper Dome, Lower Dome or PEMF Mat, depending on which component is determined to be faulty.
Commercial Use
Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, ReviveCore products used in a commercial, professional, clinic, gym, wellness centre or other business environment may be subject to different warranty terms.
Where a commercial warranty is provided, eligible products may receive a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Customers intending to use a ReviveCore product commercially should confirm the applicable warranty coverage before purchase.
Transit Damage
Please inspect your ReviveCore product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you notice visible damage that appears to have occurred during transportation, please contact ReviveCore as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide photographs or other information reasonably requested to help us assess the issue.
Keeping the original packaging until you have inspected and tested your product may assist us in resolving any delivery-related concerns.
What Our Warranty Covers
ReviveCore's product warranty covers eligible manufacturing faults or defects affecting the following main replaceable components of the BioDome:
- Upper Dome
- Lower Dome
- PEMF Mat
If an eligible manufacturing fault or defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, ReviveCore will assess the issue and determine the appropriate warranty solution.
Where replacement is required, ReviveCore may replace the affected Upper Dome, Lower Dome or PEMF Mat, as applicable.
Replacement of the entire BioDome system will not ordinarily be required where an issue can be resolved by replacing the affected component.
Any warranty remedy provided will be subject to these warranty terms and the customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
To the extent permitted by law, the ReviveCore warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence or use of the product contrary to the supplied instructions.
- Incorrect assembly, installation or setup.
- Unauthorised modifications, alterations or repairs.
- Accidents, impacts, collisions or external damage.
- Improper or unsuitable storage.
- Failure to perform reasonable maintenance or cleaning as outlined in the product instructions.
- Use of cleaning chemicals, liquids or products that are unsuitable for the product or specifically advised against by ReviveCore.
- Normal cosmetic deterioration, ageing or fair wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from use outside the intended operating environment.
- Damage resulting from commercial use where the product was purchased or supplied for personal/home use only.
- Damage caused by external events or circumstances outside ReviveCore's reasonable control.
- Continued use of a product after a fault has become apparent where that continued use causes additional avoidable damage.
These exclusions do not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your ReviveCore product:
- Stop using the product if you believe continued use could cause further damage or create a safety concern.
- Contact the ReviveCore Customer Support Team with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Where reasonably required, provide photographs or video demonstrating the issue.
- Our team may guide you through basic troubleshooting to help identify the cause and determine which component is affected.
- If an eligible warranty fault is confirmed, ReviveCore will advise you of the appropriate next steps.
For the BioDome, if replacement is required, ReviveCore may arrange replacement of the affected Upper Dome, Lower Dome or PEMF Mat.
Customers should not attempt to open, dismantle, modify or repair the Upper Dome, Lower Dome, PEMF Mat or other electrical components unless specifically instructed or authorised by ReviveCore.
Replacement Components
Under the ReviveCore manufacturer's warranty, the primary replaceable components of the BioDome are:
Upper Dome
Where an eligible manufacturing fault affects the Upper Dome and replacement is determined to be the appropriate remedy, ReviveCore may provide a replacement Upper Dome.
Lower Dome
Where an eligible manufacturing fault affects the Lower Dome and replacement is determined to be the appropriate remedy, ReviveCore may provide a replacement Lower Dome.
PEMF Mat
Where an eligible manufacturing fault affects the PEMF Mat and replacement is determined to be the appropriate remedy, ReviveCore may provide a replacement PEMF Mat.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the fault and will be determined after assessment by ReviveCore, subject to the customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Registration & Ownership
Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.
Any transferability of an additional ReviveCore manufacturer's warranty will be subject to the specific terms provided with the product.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Support After the Warranty Period
Our commitment to our customers does not necessarily end when the applicable warranty period expires.
Where possible, ReviveCore may continue to provide technical assistance and replacement component support after the warranty period.
Replacement components, shipping and other services provided outside an applicable warranty period may incur additional charges. Availability will depend on the product, component availability, customer location and nature of the issue.
Optional Extended Warranty*
Where offered, selected ReviveCore products may be eligible for an optional extended warranty.
The cost, duration, coverage and conditions of an extended warranty will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Where an extended warranty is available, it may need to be purchased before the product is delivered or within another specified eligibility period.
Australia-Wide Support**
ReviveCore aims to provide support to customers throughout Australia.
The availability and method of warranty support may vary depending on the customer's location, product, nature of the fault and availability of replacement components or appropriate service support.
Customers located in remote or regional areas may be required to pay reasonable additional travel, freight or delivery costs where these costs are not otherwise required to be covered by law. We will communicate any applicable charges before arranging a service where reasonably practicable.
Service Timeframes***
ReviveCore aims to resolve warranty enquiries as efficiently as reasonably possible.
Resolution times may vary depending on factors including:
- The nature and complexity of the issue
- Customer location
- Product type
- Availability of replacement components
- Shipping and freight times
- The information required to assess the warranty claim
For this reason, we cannot guarantee a specific replacement or resolution timeframe in every situation.
Australian Consumer Law
Our ReviveCore warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
If there is any inconsistency between these warranty terms and a right or remedy available to you under applicable Australian law, your statutory rights will apply.
